About five days pasted, we had not heard from the funeral director, so we called, but he was not available. Was told that my brother had not be cremated yet, but would be later in the week. Called again for the funeral director and was told he was on vacation until the 30th. Asked about the remains and was told he would be cremated later that day or tomorrow. Two days latter a relative tells us they went to the funeral home and was told cremation would be next week at a different facility. Then went to health department and picked up the death certificate.
